Hey Gang, Maybe you know of a good place to get real 100% cotton towels for a fair price. I am detailing my car in Zaino Brothers fashion. http://www.zainobros.com recommends using 100% cotton towels and states that cheap 100% cotton towel not made in the USA still contain polyester fibers in them. Can I use the Martha Stewart towels at Kmart which are 100% cotton and made in the USA? Zaino recommends Cannon or Fieldcrest towels but I have not idea what store to get them at or what the cost will be. Maybe you guys can help me.... you always do. ------------------ |

Spoons, Is 14.95 for 10 reasonable? If so try http://www.griotsgarage.com/catalog.jsp?L1=L1_1000&L2=L2_1001&SKU=14600 . Hope that helps. ------------------ |

Brian, Try contacting your local diaper cleaning service to buy new or used cotton baby diapers. They usually sell them by the pound. Most bags are 25 - 35 pounds. That is what we use here to detail all of the cars for Chrysler's TV & print advertising. You can usually find a service in the yellow pages. Diapers are the best! ------------------ |

I usually purchase the towels for my car at http://www.fieldcrestcannonoutlet.com . This is the site where field crest sells their irregular towels at a discount. you also may want to watch local stores. I believe JC Penny had a sale on Fieldcrest towles that rivaled the irregular outlet prices. ------------------ MTD Prowler Intake System 2.2 |

William, Fieldcrest is the killer deal, I went to their website and called them to do an order and got a bunch od seconds for under 6 bucks each. But, you need to wash them about ten times for them to work properly. ------------------ |

Brian forget about the cotton towels, old news. Today we use Microfiber Towels. These towels make cotton seem like sandpaper. But you have to buy the right ones. I get mine from: http://www.yosteveshop.homestead.com/mt.html Once you try them you'll never go back to cotton towels. I've been detailing cars for 30 years and these really work. ------------------ |

Help for all youz boyz..... At 115 years old, I hate to admit it but diapers are something that I do know something about. I buy them by the case and, therefore, I do receive very special prices. If you really want used ones, I could offer you a substantial discount over any other source. I really think it is gross, but if you do want the used ones, email me, I'll work up a price and I'll manufacture some good used ones. What with the Hershey Squirts, Bosco Plops and the Nestle Runs used diapers are easy to come by. I cant say that I would want to use them on my Prowler but each to his own. Gotta run as time is of the essence. JAG is on television and I really want to see Harm fly a F14F, skipper a nuclear submarine, argue with the Admiral, lead an invasion on Afghanistan, jump MAC and win a court room murder case, all in one hour. Hope I am helping youz guys... Scot ------------------ This message has been edited by Scot Stern on 05-23-2002 at 08:22 PM |
