On an overcast drizzling day, what better thing to do than go to a car show?
Phil Henderson (“PAHS” orange), Keith Norwood (mulholland) and I decided what the heck and joined up at the American Muscle Madness car show. Arriving late we parked on the outside of the staged cars and immediately drew a constant stream of admirers. Just met Keith Thursday when picking up my hardtop and invited him to check out POA and join us for the car show. Got to give it to him, bringing his car out in the drizzle to join us for the car show.

You need to 'splain to them boys that those front bumpers are intended to be removed after the car is delivered. They're for shipment only!

Thanks for the great pictures Marc, Keith's last name is Norwood, he's the one with the blue one.....As AC says the front bumpers are Great cup holders for the beer. I'll be taking mine off soon. The weather was crummy but the company was GREAT>

You had better ask Brandi and Frank if the bumpers are worth keeping. Their right front probably saved their lives at PTS.

~sigh~ Some days I know why guys feel like never posting here again... Today is one of my days.

Leave the bumpers on. Sorry I had another opinion and sorry I voiced it...

I read the window sticker on my Prowler before deciding to remove mine. It said the bumpers were desigend to withstand a 2.5mph impact. Based on that, I removed mine and have since sold them.

I am glad that Brandi and Frank were not hurt in their accident.

You guys do what ever you want to your cars. I'll be quiet now.

That is fine to give an opinion on the bumpers, I heard that the prowler that went off the road actually was stopped by a big brush under the rear wheel not the bumper, do not know if that is correct but as you said they really are not going to stop much. Anyway I will probably get the other protectors for it when I have some timeand money also with the signal kit.

Thanks Phil and sorry Keith it's fixed.
Jordan how's your car coming, I hear it's just a "little" quicker.
AC, we don't have enough shows here to be choosey!
CJ, it was snowing in the mountains, matter of fact some goofs have already been out skiing. YEAH Broncos! Next up JD's Raiders.
Mike bumpers or the lack of was discussed in depth, I think we may have convinced a couple more owners.
And Cnote may a diseased yak camp out in your office.

Marc - that phrase with the diseased yak carries an official Alley Cat patent pending restriction. I'm going to overlook the legal issue,,,,because I like you

cNote - may a diseased yak drop three pounds of maggot infected crap in the driver's seat of your cat

There Marc,,,I took care of cNote,,lol.

Man, it's great to have friends! Not only do they overlook your patent infringements but they are willing to take an extra cheapshot to back you up. Gotta luv it!

Marc - get some seat time in the cat before the snow flies!

Have you ever noticed that cNote just begs to have cheap shots thrown at him? LOL

What do you mean BEFORE the snow flies? The Road Warrior has been driven in rain, hail and blizzards without shrinking and probably will be again. When you live in Colorado a good cruising day is any day the sun is out when you leave the heated garage! Besides, what better way to spend a snowy day than under the car cleaning and polishing the belly?

Mike, don't take it so personal. It was not meant to stifle your creativity. Everyone is free to do what they want, including posting dissenting opinions. I am keeping mine stock, anyway.
