We just had a very nice visit with "purplecat" (Dawn) & her son (Kyle). They stopped at our house to visit on their way back to CA. We learned that Dawn knows a lot about the prowler and she was also impressed with all the mods/work Norm has done on Pumpkin. It is fun to show your car to someone that really can appreciate what you have done.

Norm explaining some of the mods:

That's one very nice benefit to POA - being able to visit other POA people when you travel and having them stop by when they are in your town!

You are so right Marty. The porch light is always on at Pumpkins house for any POA member coming through Las Cruces New Mexico. Mi casa, su casa.

Pat and Norm,

It was so nice to finally get to meet you both and visit with pumkin and friends in the garages.

Y'all have a great set up out there. Thanks so much for the hospitality.

We just pulled in here at home, but wanted to let out a holler that we made it back in one piece!

I am looking forward to our next trip to the area so that we can visit longer.

Dawn - I'm assuming you had the wrong dates written down for the Texas Stampede,,,,and showed up in Austin after everyone had gone?

We missed seeing you girl,,,,we even postponed the "wet tee-shirt" contest because you didn't make the event

Next time for sure!

AC,
You funny funny guy!

Actually,
I was hired by state representatives to de-AC the highways after you went through. They called saying something about not wanting to have tourism destroyed by the lingering odors.

Dawn - No need to de-AC the Texas highways,,,,,,I drove them fast enough not to leave a scent. Texas tourism??? The only thing I missed seeing over there was a tornado!! Maybe I'll go back during hurricane season, lol.

All our other cars ! ! ! !

Seriously though, they are just key chains that we have picked up here and there, lots of times in a goodie bag at a car show. Norm saves them, but he's been known to give some away on occasion.
