I put a bra on my prowler, I'm not inlove with the looks, but want the protection. The instructions that came with the bra tells if you get the car wet, rain or washing. To remove the bra, clean and let dry. You out there that have experience with a bra have any thing else you can share with me on maintenance and care. Also, there is a POA member out there that had the bra painted with flames, very cool. If you happen to read this post. Would you enlighten me on how well the paint is holding up and who do the art work.

Y2K - we have three bras, one is painted with flames. The flamed bra is holding up real well,,,no paint problems at all. To keep the bra wrinkle free, I have installed a closet poll into my laundry room to hang the bras on while not in use. Before, I would fold back up and keep in a box, but found that when I installed on the cars, they would show the folded wrinkles on them for about 12 hours before they would stretch back out. Hope that helps.

Aww, isn't that cute! Soon you'll be experiencing many more changes (mudflaps, custom grills, etc.) but in a few years, it will be over.

A word of advice: stay away from the young boys, they are only looking for one thing (basically for a "free ride" as a passenger).

I've never had a bra on the Prowler. My front fender get more chips in them than the nose or side panels. The one on the trailer went on DAY ONE and has never been off. I've had bra's on otrhewr vehicles and it has always been recommended that you take them off after they get wet rather than let them dry on the car, but on several road trips where I had driven through rain I figured the chance of the paint clouding was worth it rather than risk rock damage to the front end of the car!

2000Cat.

The only addtitional tip to the instructions, once the Bra is wet, you don't want it to dry on the Prowler in the sun. I've driven in the rain and always take it off once I get to my destination. The hood piece is the one most likely to cause a problem if left to dry on the car in the Sun.

I have three Bras custom painted by Kal. One I've had for 5 & 1/2 years and still good and the paint under the bra is the best on my Prowler... For the painted Bras, use pledge to keep bugs off and add a little shine to the Bra.

You can see some of his work in the scrapbook area. or do a search on hot bras by Kal...

2000Cat-

I have gotten more positive comments about my Hot Bra by Kal than any other mod I've done.

I highly recommend them for over the road protection AND for the cool appearance. It's like having 2 Prowlers, one without flames and one with.
