Problem with Keystone on BATT-KAT'S rims. John Fisher promised show and these are NO GO.... I will be visiting John on Monday but he has already said he would take care of the problem and talked to BATT-KAT already. He has called me and said he will sand the barrels himself if need be and told Batt-Kat to go ahead and use them this season and then send them back and he will take care of the problem. This was varified by Batt-Kat message to me. So any others HOLD OFF TILL THIS PROBLEM IS FIXED on sending there wheels to Keystone...John Fisher is a stand up guy and he will take care of the problem..I will keep all informed on this and posting pictures that were taken of less than show quailty work.... onecatnodog

Frank, (BATT-KAT)
As I mentioned on the phone, I just spoke with Luxury, and you have a year warranty with them on the plating, life with us.
Run the wheels through the summer, have fun. Send them back to me in the fall, and between Luxury and us, we will make it right, even if it means stripping them off, sending them to me, and I will totally re-sand smooth the entire inside of the barrel myself before getting re-plated.
The reason they look like that is the entire inside of the barrel was sand blasted to remove the old plating and pits, and deformation on the inside, hence the rough surface, but they did say it was completely chrome plated, it is not "paint".

Sorry for the mess, please send them back to me later and I will get you taken care of.

Don't feel bad, I sent two 20's and two 17's to Plate Corp in Orange CA to be re-chromed and only 2 were good. At there expense one wheel went back twice and the other went back 6 times before it was acceptable. I don't think that the workers take the time to give it the extra effort to make it right. I will be looking for a plater to do a set of trailer wheels. Will Keystone be the place?
