I know that I should not be, but I am still somewhat amazed at how many very low mileage Prowlers there are. For example there are 19 on Ebay right now. Of the 19 , 12 have less than 10,000 miles on them as follows. 1997-5033 miles approx 559 miles @ year Two others have just over 10,000 miles 2000-10298 miles approx 1716 miles @ year Now our Prowler is not what I would consider to be high mileage by any stretch of the imagination.. However when we purchased it, we planned on putting around 5000 miles a year. This is very close to what we have done to date. Our 1999's Mileage = 34000 miles approx 4857 miles @ year |

...Yelo Kat (2000) still has approximately 225 miles on the odometer....averages out to about 1 mile every 2 weeks ...it was still runnin' on factory gas till last summer

I put not many miles on my one, since I own it in 2003. The Prowler is a toy to me, not a daily or frequent driver. I put on my Bike, since I bought in 1979", 6500 miles on. |

.....and this is one reason the Prowlers will have a tough time appreciating in value to a great extent. Most Prowlers are in immaculate condition with low miles |

I put 16,000 on the Mulholland in just over four years! The Purple has only had 250 in the four months I have owned her. ------------------ |

quote: Rich....ya got me there.... ...Tangelo kat turned 9k miles yesterday (I have put 7K on it myself)....I probably have had more fun with the Tangelo Kat and the '01 Orange Kat than any others simply because I drove them ALOT, even in the snow Kat #1... 5K miles....Blk 99 a little over 52K miles on the various kats....still not alot, I just don't go very far at a time I guess ...I remember being about the only person to drive a Kat to that POA thing in the snow that year....nothing like a "BEATER KAT"....all in all, I enjoy driving them daily most of the time, but I also like a perfect specimen to look at....it's a sickness I guess
