How many days was it OVER 100 in AZ this summer, IN A ROW? You take your windshield wipers off because they dry rot in a month. No one brags about the AZ weather from April til Oct. I know, it is a dry heat. It is still hot. I took both of my Prowlers out today for a little exercise. It was 70 here Sat. and about 55 today. We have had about 1/4 inch of snow so far this year but it has rained a few times so the streets are clear of salt. Every locale has its plus and minuses. Fla is unbearable in the summer, too. The humidity is killer. |

ed,couldn't tell you how many days it was over a 100 degrees, dont keep track.youre right,i only replace wiper refills in the winter-nov thru april.,was 33 degrees yesterday morn,.coldest ive seen in 17 years.not to change the subjest, what happened to your boy, romeo crenell.they finally got smart and axed him.the lions exhead coach said he did all he could, but when you have a bunch of players who have no interest in winning, and are there to collect a check only, you wont win.300 sunny days.salt, isnt that the stuff that makes holes in your car. ------------------ This message has been edited by catfish on 12-29-2008 at 09:13 PM |

OK, I couldn't stand it any longer. I woke up my cat this morning and drove her to work. It sure felt good. The streets here are dry for now but have a lot of sand on them. I just have to watch out for the other cars out there. It was 35 degrees this morning and it's about 55 out right now. I just needed to get some drive time in while the weather allows. Spring is still a long ways off..... I hope everyone has a Happy New Year! |

I took the Muholland up the the Dealer this afternoon to get the State Inspection done. It had been expired for two months, (god I feel like idive now!). It was nice to get one out of the Monster Trailer and drive it for a little while. The weather was sunny and about 65 this afternoon, but it was cold cold this morning! It is amazing how therapeutic a 20 minute cruise in a Prowler can be. I feel better, and can't wait to get them out some this spring! ------------------ |

Catfish, the Browns are in Cleveland, which is farther away from Cincy that Chicago is. The Bengals are in Cincy and they have been miserable for 40 years except for about 5 years, mixed in way back. You can't give away tickets for free after Nov. 1st around here. The Bengals and Browns have a rivalry, if you car about a couple of 4-12 teams. |

I think that part of the joy and excitement of owning a Prowler is the anticipation of that first drive in the Spring after Winter storage.....(guess you have to own one to know what I'm talkin' about)......It's as much fun then as it was on the first day I got it and the excitement starts all over again.....God, I love that car..... Hey Jon - Happy New Year! Your car looks good on the beach. I should be getting my Kat back next week. The mechanic is going over everything to fix some small problems, and make sure all else is OK. I'll give you a buzz when it's back, and head down to Ormand. Cheap premium gas prices have made prowling 'mandatory' now! ------------------ |

Let me get this straight; we are expected to DRIVE our Prowlers???? I guess I did not get the e-mail on that one. Mine has been stuck in the garage since November, I live about an hour South of Cinn,Oh. and we have gotten over 8 inches of snow and 6 inches of rain in the last 2 months. I want to know how Ed misses all the good weather events we get just a few miles to the South? Drive em often if you can!! |

The weather seems to veer North right at the IN/OH/KY border, both Summer and Winter. They seem to get much more rain just west of us and then north of us. This year there have been several storms that went just south of us, also. GLOBAL WARMING, I guess. It is cold here today after high winds last night. Mid 30s. |

Low 60's and lots of sun here today and I got out and enjoyed it thoroughly. GOD it felt great! I hadn't had the car out since Thanksgiving. I needed it! Stopped and got a drink at a little hole in the wall fajita delivery place and spent about half an hour showing the car to the guy working there, giving him the history of the car. What a great way to end the old year! |
