Group Price: $67 Per Person, including Estate & Lunch
Date: Wednesday Oct. 29, 2014
Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Parking: Free, with shuttle bus from parking to estate.

Estate includes:
House, Gardens, Conservatory, Green House, Antler Hill Village, Shopping and Winery, with Wine Tasting.

Lunch Includes:
Large Buffet @ Deerpark restaurant, Tea, Coffee, Dessert, Taxes and Tip included.

From the link I posted above you can see there are many optional tours and activites you can do. You pay for these on that day.
The optional tours are on the hour, starting at 10am until 3pm. If you want a certain time you can call Biltmore and reserve that time. If you have any questions, just call them, they are very helpful.

We will tour the house as a group and eat lunch as a group. House tour will start 45 min. after group arrives. They suggest 2-3 hours for house tour. We will then head to restaurant on grounds for lunch, after lunch continue to other areas of the Estate( Winery, shops, village#. It's a 2 hour drive to get there. I suggest we leave hotel around 7AM, arrive at 9AM, start Tour 945AM, Lunch at 1230PM.

When you go as a group, you have to pay as a group. I will be collecting everyone money and pay as one payment. I tried to get them to let everyone pay online, but they don't do that. I will need final numbers and payment 2 weeks ahead of time. I was going to wait until it is a little closer to collect payment, but if anyone wants to send it now, I will post my info here and on 1st post. I will mark you as paid on first post when I receive you check. Please make checks out to me.

Ed, there are several different ways to go. Last year we went there the scenic route through the park, about 2 1/2 hours and came back the interstate because it was getting late. Here are the mapquest estimates.

Isn't this a great site a guy gets a date for his wife for a day on vacation..... LOL I'm sure any extra seat would be open for whoever needs a seat, always has been in the past.

I'm sorry Gary but that isn't how Prowler owners do things, we wait until the last minute to make those types of decisions.
