Yes, it passes SMOG here in california with the CAT's on.

It will not pass SMOG if you remove the CAT's.

I have images of this somewhere. Need to look them up.

I wish you had waited until the end of this year - I might have been tempted once my Prowler is paid off. I guess I'll hold out for a Challenger

No plans on leaving the POA nor be without a Prowler for too long. My goal is to get another Prowler and have Dean from Prowler Pro overhaul it.
