"Only cosmetic imperfection is the silver bumpers, the silver paint has flaked in a few spots due to heat from this car previously being owned in Arizona. The purple paint is in beautiful condition, while the interior is spotless" I don't believe the Arizona sun had anything to do with the flaking spots on the bumpers, being claimed. More like some harsh chemicals used to clean the bumpers,,OR, the road salt used on the Colorado winter roads? Ad says the purple paint is in beautiful condition.......The Arizona sun would have 'more of an impact' on the clear-coat than on the bumpers, IMO. Also......'99 with 97,000 mileage. High mileage? The car could have been built and sold in 1998, with 14/15 years of driving figures out to 6500 to 7000 miles per year. I'm glad somebody enjoyed the car and drove it. I don't consider that mileage high, by todays standards. Your opinion may differ. It appears that this owner has taken good care of the car's maintenance This message has been edited by garysss on 12-28-2012 at 09:40 AM Help us out here,,,or we'll toss you to the 'gators.... ---------------------------------------------------------- I'm not buying into that "do a stroker motor" stuff... Spend an additional $20-$25K for some better numbers, and yet the 20 year old kid in his Mitsu Evo or Subaru WRX hands you your azz in a race How does one feel then? Faster? This message has been edited by ALLEY CAT on 12-28-2012 at 09:41 AM I don't think the Prowler owner spending this kind of money is doing it to beat a 20 year in suped up 4 cyl, I hope not anyway. I myself like the Prowler just the way it is, but it is cool to see the bigger motors in them. If I wanted more power, I do what you did and put that money in a Viper. This message has been edited by garysss on 12-28-2012 at 09:52 AM That '99 will make somebody a nice ride This message has been edited by MoparJames26 on 12-28-2012 at 10:17 AM This message has been edited by onecatnodog on 12-28-2012 at 11:08 AM garysss http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Plymouth-Prowler-Base-Convertible-2-Door-1999-Plymouth-Prowler-Purple-NO-RESERVE-Priced-To-Sell-Wont-/130826385057?pt=US_Cars_Trucks&hash=item1e75dc3 6a1 EssexExport Wow, a few short years ago something like that would've gone in the mid to high 20s at least. beachcat Onecat should buy that and put a stroker in it. It's in CO ALLEY CAT eBay ad states: garysss Come on Larry you know what I mean. High mileage for a Prowler, is that better. If you did a search for Prowler's for sale and there were 500, 498 of them would have way less miles than this one. So yes in my opinion this is a high mileage Prowler. I agree with you not high mileage for a everyday car and it is in very good condition. It would be a excellent choice for a stroker motor. ALLEY CAT Come on Gary,,,,you know the potential Prowler buyer in the market now, wants a 8000 mile Prowler, for $14K purchase price. garysss NO, not the gators.LOL I posted it because I thought it would make a good second Prowler for someone or a good first Prowler for someone who didn't have all their funds to buy one yet. I hope I helped someone anyway. garysss Spend an additional $20-$25K for some better numbers, and yet the 20 year old kid in his Mitsu Evo or Subaru WRX hands you your azz in a race How does one feel then? Faster? ALLEY CAT No gators then,,,,,all is forgiven (only because we all like Cindy) MoparJames26 if he took the bumpers off he'd get afew thousand more... onecatnodog I know this car and the owner Adam and it is for real... It has been featured on the Milehiprowers site with Monica under Prowler Girls(Prowler Included)... It has new lower ball joints, alt, SRT 4 fuel pump up grade and I would buy it but I have to pool my money to get the 5.0 strokers engines in gear at the first of the year so I just can't swing it... onecatnodog
I would be more than happy to help anyone out that is interested in the car... John(onecatnodog)Collins 720-934-3540 and my E mail address is jcollinshemi@yahoo.comALLEY CAT
