Thanks but they don't list the Prowler. I have found one company that will reman this unit. I have the board out and I am going to inspect it for solder joint problems before sending it out. Or maybe buying another. |
ALLEY CAT | Let us know the final outcome,,,either way. Thanks |
MDProwler | Got the TCM from Sam TJM when he wrecked his cat but still needing a PCM or someone to repair. Has anyone had any luck with finding someone to repair? |
ALLEY CAT | Worth a try, call them: http://store.allcomputerresources.com/plymouth.html

George Johnson | I had the Chrysler Dealer replace mine last year and they told me all that was available is remans and the dealer would only warranty the PCM for one year. That was September, 2010...so I'm SOL if it goes out again... |

I got a emc for my daugheters PT Cruiser earlier this year. It cost me $224 shipped and flashed for the car. I ask "Do you have one for a Plymouth Prowler"? they told me they could do that one also. It is more expensive but think they told me $299 So if anyone needs a PMC you should give them a call What I found when removing the EMC from the cruiser was oil in the connector, running the code it showed internal error fault or something like that. The car run fine, just could not get the engine light to stay off. Already had the replacement, but had I not gotten it yet i would have cleaned the connector and reinstalled to see if the light could be cleared Good Luck Gary |
