Do what you like to it, enjoy it, attend Prowler events and have fun!! This message has been edited by Marty Usher on 05-13-2013 at 11:02 AM Well said Rich. Since then I have made another dozen or so mod's to it with a couple still to be done. As much as I enjoy seeing a completely stock car of any make, I can appreciate the efforts made by the owners even if the mod's are not to my particular taste. There will be plenty of stock, low mileage Prowlers out there years from now for the "Purist" to pay top dollar for. I bought my Kat to drive and enjoy, should I ever sell it I am confident someone will like it as much as I have.Gort I'm not into the trend of changing evderything, so I know I'm in the minority for sure, but this Cadillac Pearl paint with a tan top and interior would be my choice. If that car were for sale I'd be interested even if it isn't dark blue. I just think it looks classy. Every Corvette I ever owned when I sold it the buyer always asked for the stock parts. Almost anything you do to a Corvette hurts the resale.I think the Prowler is in that same catagory. Don't flame me to bad,it's just an opinion. EssexExport I do believe this 'Vette would be an exception. Marty Usher I never changed anything on my Prowler Just every body panel except the gas cap lid, bored and strokes the engine. changed gears, wheels/tires, complete interior etc. Still sold it for $25K with 151,000 miles on it! (of course that was a few years ago) Marty Usher BeWare I don't think any of us that have modified our Prowlers are concerned with how much we are going to be able to resell our cars for. In fact many if not most if us don't ever plan to ever part with our Prowlers. No flaming, JMO. EssexExport quote:

I put flame decals on it and sold it with 50,000 miles on it and bought another 99 Red, bought the Candy and made a few mods, bought the Orange which was HEAVILY modded and sold the second 99 Red.
Chrome front ends on both of them, Real Rod rear bumpers on the orange and everything is chromed on it, it has lambo doors, Dragon side panels, chrome grill, etc.
Someday I may sell it but I don't see the Candy ever being sold.
The IScream Prowler was white with a blue top and that looked really good.
alrtg My Kat had well over a dozen mod's on it when I bought it. I gave that fact great consideration when I bought it.
