Jim S	Received a pm from L@@KIN41 this morning asking about the prowler exhaust. Looking in the registered members list I do not see him listed. Did anyone else receive this pm? If not, how is it possible to send a pm without being a registered member? Maybe I am being paranoid, but I do not open e-mail unless I am sure of the originator and didn't recognize this name. L@@KIN41 if you are out there, please post to this thread and I will respond to your question.
Larry Lord	Jim, I responded to him regarding rust on the tailpipes. Didn't think of checking. Just did it. I hope I don't have problems.
Jim S	I started to, but then did not remember ever seeing the name before. Maybe I am just to paranoid. Don't you have some work you are supposed to be doing? Better get busy and quit goofing around.
ed monahan	I got it also and responded. I don't think you can get burned on a PM but I don't know Jack Schmidt about computers.
Jim S	Ed, the thing that seemed weird to me is it looks like it was like a bulk e-mail thing. Why would someone send pm's to what appears random members, and not just post the question on teh website. And it doesn't even look like there is anyone registered by that name. I thought you had to be registered to post to the website.

It has been garage kept for its entire life except for a short, fun road trips totaling 6K miles. It is a California car relocated to Texas. Its registration was transferred to Texas, but it still has its original California plates on it. (I'm not sure how much of a selling point that is.)
