| Marty Usher | Damon- We are planning on raccing Thursaday. SCCA will have some people and equipment- timers, cones, etc. - there and we will supplement staffing between turns when we run. Bob (or someone) has contacted the AA baseball team's stadium for us to rent for this event. I believe we are trying to keep cost to around $30 per car that includes mulible runs - 4 or more. Hopefully if any thing I posted here is wrong Bob will correct. |

| Bob Goetz | I have contacted the City to rent the ball field, we are renting the timers from the SCCA and have a local car nut who is a SCCA member will run the timers and is renting us his cones, the only thing I need to line up is LIABILITY Insurance for the event if anyone has any Insurance company contacts please help me out with this as we really should have coverage if by the slim chance someone gets hurt. |
