Inflate tires to 50 pounds and back and get rid of the annoying low tire pressure warning light on the dash Have them run the DRB 111 ,if there not showing a problem and all tires are properly inflated ,try and get them to replace the low tire senor module. Does it matter what year the kat is? Also, mine are inflated to 35PSI front and rear and the Low Tire light came on. I did not both to check the PSI when I bough the prowler. Now that the light came on, I checked the PSI and they are way too inflated. BeWare The recommended PSI is posted on the drivers side door jam just below the latch.

You need the tech DBRIII diag computer to determine which sensor is not working. When you turn the key off, you are resetting the "receiver". Then once the vehicle reaches ~15-20 MPH(don't know the exact speed) the sensors are activated and transmit to the receiver. There is a weighed switch in the sensor that activates from the centrifugal force of the wheel turning. The sensors can also be activated by placing a magnet arround the valve stem. yellrkat Thanks! I will give the recalibration trick a try. Also, I had read some old posts about limited availability of tire sensors. Anyone replace them lately or know if they can still be found? 392HEMI Tire sensors are available at you friendly Mopar parts department. POA price is $206.52 EA. GoodYear did not like the price increase.
