BeWareHas no met reserve and the buy it now is $38,500. It has custom painted flames that detracts from the value. I don't think this car will be a steal.
ed monahanHe has a reserve price set and a "BUY it Now" for $ 38,500 so it probably won't sell unless it gets real close to the 38,500 mark.
DIXIE CatCar belongs to a registered POA member from Orlando at one time...Ron Strawn.
Good luck Ron!!

Ahhh yes, Rich ... but it IS #69 ... that may just offset the flame job!

SnomanThats high for a kat with 40,000 miles, btw back of the flames I like them lol

SnomanI guess my car isn't worth $hit in that case????

hoo.haaaIf the guy was willing to do $31,000 for it then would it be a deal? Just trying to get a feel for the value.
Dale BeamanSnoman,
I agree with you. I will give you $20,000 for your Kat since that paint job lowered the value so much! The clear side marker lights is the only thing that saved it!

Dale

RED5If he gets $38,500 you will see mine on ebay next week.
Marty UsherTom - if you had "good looking" flames like mine, it would add to the value!
SnomanJesse we are looking forward to seeing yours on ebay(then we will all know who wheres the pants in your house!!!)lol
Marty thanks for telling me now thats it done.....

R U saying Jesse is a cheap as$?

meandmykitty40,000 MILES AND THE LAST YEAR OF THE PROWLER? WASN'T IT 2002 31K FOR THE KAT ALL THAT IT IS WORTH
ed monahanIt says last year of the PLYMOUTH and PLYMOUTH Prowler. He relisted it since it did not meet his minimum. It did not sell even with a BUY IY NOW price of $ 30,000. That is surprising to me. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=4603565815

Tom SantellaThe side shot looks as if the bumpers were removed, but the other shots show the bumpers in place???? Something funny or just the angle of the shot?

BackinBlack

MIKE GATLINTom, I'll bet the bumpers were put back on. Pics with bumper are dated August 05 and pic without is dated November 04.
NeverBlandLooking for a cheap second kat... anyone know what this could go for? Not even 1 bid at $25K??????
PhatBoiBeen looking for a Prowler for over a Year now. I was close to buying a Mullholland around this time last year, but felt compelled to buy a new car first (Nissan Murano) before buying my weekend/toy.

If this guy dropped his price to $20K I'd consider snatching it up.

After studying the market, the bottomline is 40K miles is just too high to be asking $38K (he's dreaming). One thing you have to remember is it is a "Chrysler"... which is fine as long as the car has not been subjected to too much stress. There is no telling how much life is left in the Transmission... which is a very specialized on for that matter. No prowler enthusiast/fan wants to have one that breaks down. Not to mention the body and panel rattles that come with standard "chrysler workmanship" and mileage.

That said, I believe a Prowler can actually appreciate in value... up until a certain mileage, beyond which it becomes more of an uncertainty.

I believe that point of inflection is where this guy finds himself.

IMHO

Prowl 36I feel he's dreaming also, considering I bought mine from a guy that kept it in a plastic bag which had dessicant in it to protect it from moisture, and it only had 1600 miles on it and it is red for only 30k. When I picked it up it was raining and I believe he cried because I was going to drive it in the rain and not carry it on a enclosed trailer. I figure it is only a car, and it's a shame that some of them never get to really be a car. Lets face it there are many cars that are not treated like a museum piece and cost tons more money than what you can pick up a prowler for. Hell I just bought a F-150 with the 5.4 and 4-wheel drive Lariat, and it cost me way more than the Prowler. I would rather drive the F-150 than the Prowler though, much better pickup and handles better, and I can pull a freakin house down with it if i wanted to.
