WHERE WOULD YOU BEGIN TO GET ALL THOSE NUTS AROUND THE FRONT END SUSPENSION AS SOME ( I SAY ALL ) HAVE RUSTED ON MY FRIENDS CAR DOWN IN FLA. ANY SUGGESTIONS??? - DO YOU THINK HE COULD DREMEL THE RUST AWAY?? If He changes the nuts would he have to realign everything?? THANKS YALL |

I added billet caps to cover them, Obi make a kit for them, I got mine from real rod |

I dab a little aluminum paint on mine useing a Q-tip. Lasts a couple of years. |

Naval Jelly. Not Navel Jelly mind you, but Naval Jelly. Dab it on. Let sit overnight. Work it around with an old toothbrush and rag. Wipe and polish. I like Cobb's idea to put paint there too. This message has been edited by lavka on 09-20-2007 at 04:10 PM |

A small wire brush, an artist's brush with aluminum paint. Looks great! |

Old detailers trick is to paint them with metallic silver or aluminum paint. Brush on thin and you can hardly tell. |
