I've been driving my Prowler for a few years now and have NEVER been able to rest my head back against the headrest, so I designed a removable padded HEADREST to help make those longer rides more comfortable. These are made of heavy duty vinyl the are held in place with 3 velcro straps so they're removable!
A 4 1/2" long Prowler cat is embroidered on the front.

No drilling, cutting, or modifying your car is required. The foam inside is 3" thick and can be removed/replaced via a zipper along the bottom. These stay put in the wind, and they match the interior in color and grain.

The price is $175.00 for TWO headrests plus shipping. Please send me a PM if you have any questions. These are not going to be available in stores so now is your chance to have something truly unique on your car.

You can check this link for more info and more photos: http://home.comcast.net/~prowlerfun/fun.html

Thanks for looking!

Good thinkin'.... very nice and practical, too. Will you offer the embroidered cat logos in Prowler car colors?

You can pay through PayPal, or by check or money order. Just send me a PM first.

These headrests are custom made by an auto upholstery shop, and I have not had any made in advance. I thought I would see how they were received first by the Prowler community before having more made.

It will take a week or so for them to make them after they get the material (they must order and receive the vinyl, then embroidery is done at an embroidery shop elsewhere, and finally they are assembled.) I had mine embroidered in black, but you can have the Prowler Cat embroidered in any color you like, or you can order them WITHOUT the embroidered logo.

Also, the link for the installation video is: http://blip.tv/file/467494/

Now, that is cool...finally the head rest will
support your head....Nice work..

Don..

P.S. you might want to use memory foam, a bit more expensive
but great for long trips... JMO

That will also help a little with the wind coming in from the back.

I would be very interested. No rush though, RedKat will be going into hibernation soon.

I just received my Headrests, and I finally am able to rest my head on the seat as opposed to going right through the opening.
No wind on the back of my head either !
This is going to be GREAT for those long Prowler Runs.
The Quality is Unbelievable !
Thank you for this well needed Product !

No problem Bob. As Ed M will tell you, it would be hard to tell WHO has the least amount of hair, him or me.

In this case, I got the "zinger" in before he did (for a change).

BTW: Last year we heard him bragging about his dome.........
"This is a solar panel for a sex machine!"

Sandy immediately piped in.....
"Yeah, and it's been CLOUDY for years!"
