![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() FYI: while supplies last, the Dunlop 9000 sport tires are on sale/closeout. 295/40/ZR20 for the rears are $215 each. http://www.tirerack.com/tires/Sizes.jsp?make=Dunlop&model=SP+Sport+9000 I think the fronts have gone to Dunlop 9090 sport tire. |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Those are great prices. The 22's are selling for about $550 here in Atlanta. These are less than half. |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I have the dunlop's on the rear & goodyear responsedge in the front what a difference. I'd never have run flat's again. |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Jay Z, I agree, the run-flats stink. I am in the process of converting. I currently have the Dunlop on the front and runflats on the rear. The ride up front is so much better. Soon will have the dunlops on the rear. |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() What size fronts should I get: 235/45ZR17 or 215/45ZR17? Atren't the OEM tires 225? Thanks. |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() You'll be amazed of how comfortable the ride is. Kevin A. get same size that's on the car. |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() the fronts are 225/45/ZR17. you will need then newer model Dunlop 9090 for the front. It's the same tire....just different #. Link for FRONT tires: http://www.tirerack.com/tires/Sizes.jsp?make=Dunlop&model=SP+Sport+9090 |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I have the Dunlop's on the front. Its a whole different experience driving in the rain. The front tires stick to the road no matter how hard its raining. It's a good feeling not having the front wheels hydroplaning in the rain.I just ordered Dunlop[s for the rear. And yes runflats suck. Would never go back. |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Spoons thank you for posting this information. I needed a new set of tires to replace the originals. I have been holding off on buying tires in hopes that someone would make run flats. I have found myself not driving the car because it needed rear tires and then I didn't buy new rear tires because I kept thinking.. well gee I never drive the car why bother. I finally ordered four new tires. $867.02 with shipping for front 9090's and the rear 9000's. Pantera - I also ordered the spacers, j-hooks, and hinge protectors from you. It was all I could do to keep myself from ordering the Wonderbar, new brake pads, side markers, air filter, trans sensors, etc.. etc.. hehe I love this website. InTheRed |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I would highly recommend the dustless brakepads. That saves a ton of work. |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() The best ceramic brake pads for the price are wagner. $38 for the front....not a bad price and you will never have to worry about brake dust again. |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() B.F.Goodrich makes the same Prowler tire size. They are not run flats. Wonder what the ride and tread wear would be like? Has anyone tried them? This message has been edited by JOYRIDE on 10-16-2008 at 05:25 PM |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Tire Discounters told me that they would not mount my tires since I bought them from Tire Rack and not from Tire Discounters. Anyone else run into a similar problem? |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I found a couple of places in the same block and had to leave them since they didn't have the rubber plugs on the changer to protect the chrome. They will do them first thing in the morning. I took the rims off the car, took off all the weights and cleaned off the glue residue before I took them in. I think they are trying to retaliate against Tire Rack. Some of them wanted about $ 45 a tire to mount and balance them. I guess if they make it expensive enough you will buy from them instead of paying shipping and mounting charges, etc. |
