Are there any differences on the convertible tops that the later Chrysler ones have a headliner wheras the earlier Plymouth ones don't have? or are all created equal?

I do not think any Prowlers were made with the inner headliner for the convertible top.

My 1990 and 1992 Chrysler Lebaron Convertibles were made with the inner headliner. The headliner makes the interior of the car look more finished, helps to better retain some heat or air conditioning and does somewhat reduce the noise level inside the car while driving down the road.

My older Chevrolet's from the sixties never had the inner headliner in them.

It seems to vary from car to car but typically I think the higher end "Luxury" cars include them but the lower end "Economy" cars probably do not. I don't think it would be an option for any particular car but could be very wrong on this.

Thanks all, I was trying to remember when I had my 2002 Deep Candy Red, I thought it had one whereas my 2001 Plymouth does not. Over 50 now so the memory is not what it used to be
