Anyone out there recommend a color that looks good, or better yet have any pics that they can share so i can see exactly what would look the best. Please respond with what color you think looks best so that i can come to a decision, also any good links on places to get them? thanks |

I like my chrome shimmers in my bumper, but I'm a chrome loving guy. I like the red in red cars, yellow in the yellow, blue on a muholland, but they are not mine and if they were I would have chrome. Pick what you like they all LOOK GOOD, Jay makes some great products. I have several shimmers on my car and like them all. The cats on my center caps are the cotton candy, most every thing else is CHROME ------------------ |

depends on the color of your car and taste. Jay is the only place to go for the shimmers. Mine are the silver (chrome) shimmers with Realrod Tranny cooler protector seen below. |

I did the chrome on my silver kat and they look great. I would also suggest doing the side lights as well. Jay has a ton of other items as well. They have been on the car for over two years and i have had no problems with them. Great products. |

Jay offers a SUPER variety of colors - we decided to get "Black chrome" for our 2000 Black, for the bumpers as well as the "Catwings" ! It comes all down to your personal taste, I guess ! Give Jay a call - you won't regret it ! This message has been edited by Dustis on 02-03-2005 at 03:42 PM |

We have Cracked Ice on the rear bumpers (looks awesome) and cotton candy most everywhere else. I used to get teased I have more shimmers than anyone, even Jay. We have a few less now that we had our air plenum smoothed and custom painted. But we stiil have shimmers under the hood. Even our hitch receiver plug has a shimmer. |

get some paint from chrysler that matches your car, spray inside of lettering then wipe off excess with paint stripper, looks great and the cost is $6.00 for the paint plus the stripper. |

We also got the cotton candy for the bumper, since we like the multi-colored effect. It's similar to the cracked ice just without the...cracking. It's just killing me that we've had them since Christmas but it's been too cold to put them on. |

I have "yellow shimmers" a yellow kat on the steering wheel, yellow calipers, yellow pinstripe all around and on my weekender. I have the "sss" on my rear light for, smooth, sassy and ?????, major kat purrr. My kat is "Silver". Oh yeah, chrome on the dash around the radio, very nice. Plus wings and cotton candy on the side marker lights. If I had a yellow kat I would have done it in chrome, I guess. Have "fun fun fun"...that's what Jay says. |

All the Shimmers look good. As most people have posted it is your choice and should be what you like best. They really show off the bumper.
