I went to my insurance company that I use for my antique cars(Condon & Skelly) and they said "no" to my new Prowler. Can someone tell me who they use? My regular insurance will insure it but I am looking for options. Many thanks...and I love the car. What a blast to drive. Joe |

Joe - "My regular insurance will insure it but I am looking for options." Who is your regular insurance company? I'm with State Farm, and they will not increase my rate if I was to have one chargeable accident. Others may be cheaper,,,,but will greatly increase your rates if you have one accident. |

I used Hagerty on my old classics and they gave me a great rate, but they rate the Prowler as a exotic with a much higher rate. It was cheaper going with my regular car insurance Nationwide. |

Like Roger, we use Hagerty for Bob's 69 Hurst Rambler but we use our normal insurance, AAA, for the Prowlers. We don't leave full coverage on them during the winter when they are bagged. |

NJ Has to be one of the worst for insurance I just saved about 700 on insurance through www.hagerty.com. Was using high point in NJ. Hagerty was really nice and it came out to be around 689 a year. Thats great for NJ Trey ------------------ |

I have all of my cars with State Farm. They are wonderful. I am 37 and my rate for the Prowler is almost the same as my SUV. I would recommend State Farm. They just paid for a new windshield for my Prowler two weeks ago.(Rock kicked up on the freeway and cracked it) No hassle at all with my agent. Covered under comprehensive, so it did not cost me a dime. This message has been edited by cnilejr on 04-12-2007 at 08:37 PM |
