Exhaust is coming out the rear center. Louvers might be for cooling brakes or just show.

it's not a prowler. You could not do that on a prowler ( only cosmetically). It's all frame behind there.

You could place a spring coil over the pushrod though, just for looks and to fool people.

At first glance looks like a cross between a Prowler and a '63 Corvette split window.
