Thanks for sharing that ED. I had no idea that existed. I know it is not the main point but I can't imagine what kind of low life would steal articles left at the wall much less throw them in the river. If I caught someone doing that I think I would probably be arrested for manslaughter. |

It has come to Houston twice and I was there to see it both times. First time was about 20 or more years ago. Last time was in September 2002. It's a moving thing to see. |
