![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() problem found,at the rr. lower of plenum,is the steel egr tube,that connects to the valve.the wire for the valve,mine was laying on the pipe,the pipe gets extremely hot,cause it has exhaust running thru it.melted the wire,will repair it.pretty sure thats what caused the lite to come on.getting to the wire to repair it,is another story,may have to remove plenum for a permanent fix.upon further investigation,the burned wire is not for the egr,its for one of the sensors.ahead we go. ------------------ This message has been edited by catfish on 07-26-2009 at 08:46 PM |
