I was unaware that a company in Mich. was making hardtops and I don't think I have seen anyone who has lambo doors that open either way. That said, just because I never heard of it, doesn't mean it doesn't exist. The Prowler store is rather high priced on most things. Take your time and shop around. |

I believe GT Factory is the place that seems to have the best product. I may be wrong as I've truly never paid much attention. I'm pretty sure that Jim Rothschild, Dan Garcia and Vince Tuomey both have GT Doors and all are very happy with them. I'll echo Ed's staement on the Prowler Store pricing and will add that their quality could be much better at times. Here's an old post that may help you out. i got my hardtop last year from metalcrafters. get in contact with nani harvey - email: nharvey@metalcrafters.com - great person to talk to and great service... for the lambo doors i got the vertical doors bolt on kit and it works great. non i can open the doors normally, you will lose at least 2" of the normal door opening, without going vertical or you can go vertical. have a look at my Prowlin' Friends Scrapbook -stprinz- there is a pic of my kat with hartop and lambo doors. have fun |

I live in MI and have never heard of a company here that made/makes the hardtops. As far as I know, Metalcrafters is the only one. I have 3 of them and they all came from Metalcrafters. ------------------ The Prowler makes you smile. Why? Because it's focused. It has a plot, a reason for being, a passion. It evokes the hot rod. It evokes the American Dream. This car is the human psyche.

Perhaps this is a reference to the hardtop that was made in Manitowoc Wisconsin? That's the only other one I know of... |
