I plan on leaving early Saturday morning to come down. I thought I would meet everyone at the hotel and unload trailer SOMEWHERE...So what time does everyone plan on leaving the hotel to go out to the horse track? If I get there by 8:30/9:00 will you still be there? also CAN WE TAKE CLEANING SUPPLIES IN WITH US? ------------------

I will be at track at 7:30 AM to find out if there are any surprises in time to call Rebecca at the hotel. AS of now and after talking with local Corvette Club guy who is coordinating the show (and was very surprised to hear that we had over 50 Kats and Snakes coming and were told No Charge, but thats another story) he has not been informed of any changes form previous years and thus has told the other 250 - 300 cars any thing new. Rules according to him are No coolers, (But they-corvette club) won't be checking - maybe Churchill Downs will. Absolutely no alcohol and no glass. Cleaning supplies, canopies up to 10' x 10', blankets, cameras, video cameras, binoculars, chairs - all OK. I had been told no backpacks/suitcases. etc also. You all will leave hotel by 9:30 AM. EVERYONE REMEMBER LOUISVILLE IS ON EASTERN TIME< same as New York, Penn, New Jersey, Ohio, Maryland, etc..... ------------------  Driving my Dream |
