As a "Newbie" member, I hope that this is the right place to post this. I saw through the registery that there are several cat owners in my area, but do not know how to personal message them. There is an icon that says PM. Directly above your THIS.
However you have to PM them on a post they already made, not on your post.

Also, if you got names off the registry, they may be long gone. No one is ever deleted from the list. You would probably be better served by posting in the OFF TOPIC and asking if there are any owners in the Panhandle area. Someone will surely respond.
