Attention East Coast Posse Members & anyone else. The 14th annual Chrome City ride is Sunday, July 26. For those that are not aware of this, it is a police escorted ride from several different registration locations to the school in Ridgely, MD (eastern shore) Once at the school, there is a car show with prizes and awards. Reg. fee includes your car, free shirt & meal ticket. I have put the link in below. I will be meeting at the usual spot of Outback Steakhouse in Annapolis @ 9:00. I am also hoping to maybe do a ride after the show, possibly into Saint Michaels? Up for options...hope to get the band back together for a day??? http://www.benschool.org/2015_ChromeCityRideXIV/2015ChromeCityRideXIVPage1.htm This message has been edited by pgpd on 07-19-2015 at 11:47 AM |

PM sent.....Maybe Probably ....Absolutely count me in even if it rains. I have been to this event several times. The Police escorted cruise is worth attending alone, but being able to participate in an event that supports Developmentally Disabled individuals is very rewarding. In addition to the "regular" attendees, it would be nice to see a few new ones as well. This message has been edited by alrtg on 07-22-2015 at 07:27 PM |

Well the turnout for this year was much larger than it was last time I attended in 2013 and overall was a success. The sad thing is there were more Hearses at the show than Prowlers. The Hearse that looked closest to stock (no blower sticking out the hood) was the first vehicle out followed by several hundred motorcycles and close to a hundred cars & trucks. We had a Police escort and the roads we traveled were closed/blocked to other traffic. I can only imagine what folks thought as they watched the procession. There were three ECP family's represented but they brought other vehicles from their collections this year. My Prowler was the only one there this year. Following the event we did a little cruising then had a nice dinner on the water. Those not in attendance missed out on a great day.
