This is a fairly new hotel with a garage. Yes I did say garage. Looking at the internet pricing they are saying $136.47 a night. If someone wants to check into special rates for a group that would be nice.

While I was at it I went ahead and filled out their club information so we can hopefully get on the "Drop Down Menu" and receive some club recognition.

Since I was unable to fit Prowler Owners Association / East Coats Posse in the allotted space, I entered POA East Coast Posse (Prowler) as out name. I hope that work well enough for this purpose.

Anyone else planning on attending can look for the group name in the drop down box and be included in the group if you like. If enough folks sign up under the group name, we could get the tent at no cost.

I also inquired about getting a tent set up for this year's event and hope to hear back from them.

The tent will be ordered in a couple of days. We will have a 20' x 20' tent with one table and five chairs. The total bill is $200.
Tent was $175
Table $15
Chairs $2 each

If everyone thinks we need more chairs speak up. I figured we only needed them if eating.

The only way to get a tent for free is if we have at least 25 registered club members by June 10th. All registrants MUST use the exact same Club name or it won't be counted.(I guess a computer is keeping track)
I know we won't make that number this year but we should actively try to do it for next year.

You should register under "Prowler Owners Association". I think Andrea set that up when she registered.

Welcometo the site and congratulations on acquiring your Prowler.

My Dad found out about POA when he attended Carlisle back in 2002 with his PT Cruiser. He went back the next day with his Prowler and life has never been the same since.

I bought my Prowler about five years ago and have attended the Carlisle event at least three times since then.
