jeffsurp Prowler Junkie Posts: 114 From: Vero Beach, FL , USA Registered: JUN 2002	posted 04-09-2003 06:39 PM We had the ball joints replaced at the Vero Beach FL Chrysler dealer this week. 2000 silver Kat. No problem with making the appointment - but upon arrival I was told that they needed special tools -- Left the car overnight and all is well. The only damage was the broke a tab on the center cap and ordered a replacement for me. They said that the alignment was ok -- No problems noted when I drove it home. The major goof was on my part - We have the Max care plan and I forgot to take the free rental car. they never offered and I did not read my contract - so an hour drive each way. Such is life
