I had an appointment for this past Mon. (4/7) for the replacement. They called me back later and said the tool did not come with the parts and the tool would not be here until 5/8. They ASSUMED the tool would be with the parts. Tool has to be ordered from DC separately. ------------------

To be sure, I just called my service dept. and the manager (very cool guy) said it is a very old ball joint removal tool (Miller part 53859) that most dealers don't have anymore. He has one and is loaning it around to the other sister dealerships to get these recalls done.
