I took care of the recall yesterday. The Prowler tech that I drive 50 miles each way to use did my recall and also an oil change in 55 minutes (includes 5 minutes he spent eating the Krispy Kreme Donuts I took him)! Of course when I left, there were three other Prowlers in the service drive waiting to be taken care of! I guess the more you work on them the better you get!

John Shakarian is quite a guy isn't he david?
I know I've said it many times before but the service department and the Prowler Tech in particular at Ontario Chrysler are second to none.

John also did my ball joint recall yesterday even though I have the Carlini chrome a-arm covers on my car. John took his time to figure out a way to do the recall without removing or damaging my chrome covers. He made an adapter bushing that allowed him to use the factory recall tools around and through my covers.
What a guy! He saved me and a few others a tremendous amount of work by going out of his way to figure out an option.
Ontario Chrysler really takes care of us SoCal Prowler owners.

Larry....I knew that was your car in the service drive...John & I talked about those covers....I told him you would not mind if he drilled a 3" hole in the covers to make his job easier...guess he didn't listen to me :-(
