Took the Prowler into Tom Harrigan Chrysler Plymouth yesterday to get the Ball Joints replaced. They did a very good job, cleaned the car up after they were done and took about 3 hours. Bob in the Service Department took care of me (I have known Bob for years) and a guy named Bill did the work. All seems fine. John PS. 3800 miles on my 2001 and it had one bad Ball Joint - cover was cracked and the unit was rusting.....
