I got my recall two weeks ago and promptly called my dealer. I was told that they had to order the kit for me. I asked if they had done any yet... She said not yet, but we have 2 scheduled with the parts here. I thought to my self... Good! They'll practice on someone elses car 1st. I'm sure they know what their doing.... lets hope. After hearing some of the horror stories... not a bad idea.
That said I'll wait!

I was the guinea pig for my dealership. Only downside was a little extra time for them to get the first wheel done. Once the tech had the procedure down, the next wheel was a breeze for him.

I spoke to a local Chrysler tech. He said they have done 4 recalls. They made a real mess of the first one. but the rest went smoothly. I will make my appiontment next week.
