I took my KAT to the same dealership I bought, have my first service and recall done today.

I have to thank you all the POA members who posted all the bad experiences about changed the ball joint. I did print all the problems out and gave to the service manager and gave him a warning about these problems, if his mechanic scratch or damage my lower A Frame he have to replace them.

I pick up my KAT today inspected, there are no scratch, his mechanic has done a beautiful work.
