Dealers in Canada and Chrysler Canada do not even acknowledge that there is a recall on the Prowler. I can't beleive it. I realize there is only a fraction of Prowlers in Canada compared to the US, but isn't this a safety issue.Have a 2002 Kandy Kat, starts to feel really loose at 80 - 90 MPH , was wondering if this is a normal Prowler feel or not. Thanks Folks!

Thunder, I have two and they have both have seen speeds in excess of 100 mph @ 80-90 mph mine handle like they were designed to travel at that speed. No float, steers great, but I'm not as knowlegable as some of the other katt owners. I'm sure you will get other comments. Can't you bring yours down into the USA to get it worked on, not that it would be convenient. If not, they did have some replacement ball joints on ebay not too long ago, might be the prefered way to get them changed because of some of the damage that is occuring at careless dealerships on this recall.

My service manager gets on the computer and accesses the database where everything is laid out. He even showed me every TSB I wanted to see last week on his computer...Your dealer service should be ashamed for being so out of the loop.

Black Tie,That was my first impression as well, however Dealer has no information from Chrysler (Canada) about recall in their computers. Even calling Chrysler Canada Customer Service they say there is no recall for Prowlers in Canada, even though they do acknowledge there is one going on in the US. Even though I have a 2002 this seems to mean nothing with the ball joints as both old and new vehicles have had failures. This is my first Chrysler and I am starting to get concerned with Chrysler's attitude. I also now of no other Canadian Kat owner who has received recall notice!
