The dealer where I bought my Prowler from is what I would consider a "minus five star dealer", the rest of the dealers in my area don't even have the proper tools to do the job. One of members on this site owns his dealership, after reading some of his post I decided to take it to him. The dealership is about an 1 1/2 hour away compared to 15 mintues to a local dealer, all I can say is it was well worth the trip. If any of you in Michigan don't know where to take your Kat to have the ball joints done, Bob Shuman Jeep in Walled Lake might be the place for you.
