I just got my prowler back from the Chrysler recall on the ball joints. They replaced them, and sent me on my way. But when I got home hubby was really upset. They left the car all beat up on the lower a- arms and spindle mounts (it removed that texturing in places,) the bolts were beat up on the edges, and it was left greasy and dirty. My husband was so upset he drove it right back (45 miles) and complained. Do you think we had a right to complain? The service manager wasn't in and the Parts manager wasn't really sure what to tell us. What should we request from them to make it right? Got an opinion?

As a Service Manager for a Chrysler store I know if that happened to you in my department with out a doubt I would replace all the damaged parts no questions asked and chew the a#@$ out of the tech that did the work.

Not just because you own a Prowler but because you are a customer and that type of work is unacceptable, if they dont do anything call the 800 # for chrysler customer care and scream loud and clear but first meet with the service manager if no good there see the GM or owner

good luck

MKelly - Take Curtiss' advice,,,start with the service mgr and work your way up to GM and then the owner(s) of the dealership. If no satisfaction comes from them,,,,local tv station with investigative department? No dealer wants bad tv story about them!
