The recall was done yesterday on my 2001 Mulholland that has 1500 miles. The boots on both joints were ripped.

I am happy to report that absolutely NO damage was done to the a-arms. The Service Manager and the Tech were absolutely fantastic . I was allowed in to watch, and ended up assisting .

If your looking for a qualified dealership in the MA area, Bill Deluca Chrysler in Haverhill is the place to go !!.
They DO NOT have a Prowler tech, but they know their stuff! Deal with Gerry, the Service Manager. The Tech's name is Brian.
