posted 06-19-2003 05:59 PM            Went back to my selling dealer in Beloit, WI -- Bryden Motors (they have two certified Prowler tech's and one that is cross-trained on Viper) to have my ball joint recall performed. After brief chat with my good pal & Service Managher Jay Stahl, he introduced me Brad who would be doing the work. I had printed out one of the threads and reviewed some of the horror stories on scratches, over-torqueing and broken caps. He said not to worry ... so I didn't. Went an looked at the Pacifica (mixed feelings)and also did some work-work. 1.5 hours later, car was done, and old ball joints were boxed for me to keep and I was ready to go. Not a scratch, not a broken cap ... perfect. Bryden Motor's is a 5-star dealer and they get MY thumbs up for a jub well done.
