So i called on a hunch and guess what? They had the parts and the tools and they did the job yesterday, perfect, no scratches, no damage. If you are in Northern NJ and are having a problem getting the recall done e-mail me and i'll tell you where to go. I do not want to mention the names of the dealer here because i know that they watch this site sometimes.
