They have the tool, Prowler tool kit, and they practiced on my car..... Ask for Jim Doucette, service manager. They don't have a "Tech" But only one guy, Jim, works on my car each time, and he is GOOD! He is very careful and appreciates the car. They are very accomodating with schedules and will give you a specific time to come in and will work on it while you wait....They usually took my car in within 10 minutes of arriving. Noone but the service manager drives the car into the garage too. They know the hazards of being sloppy with the car, so they are extremely caruful with it. I have a dealership around the corner from my house but drive the hour to Waldorf to have THEM work on it...That should be endorsement enough. Good luck! ------------------
