We did the first recall back on April 22nd and I published the pics and tip removing the clip spring before removing ball joint at that time... Since than Clay has done many recalls including Kats from GA, FL & TN in addition to the ones around LA... Here's link to my April 22nd topic with pics from 1st recall performed by Clay at Causeway Chrysler... http://www.prowleronline.com/ubb/Forum14/HTML/000092.html On my Red Kat, I have painted A-arm covers and Clay performed another successful recall without any hiccups... This may be the last one he does.... This completes all the Kats we know of around these parts... We did find that the ball joint on left (driver side) was deteriorating. The rubber booth was cracked and split in two. There was some rust around the ball joint and it was harder to rotate in the joint. So, it's was a timely replacement... Thanks Clay and thanks for the recall... Howard (my service advisor) thought he was driving a regular Prowler when he hit the gas pedal... The Paxton Kat left some claw marks on the concrete... Cool picture... Left side after successful recall install... Clay torquing down the lug nuts... Thanks again to Clay and Causeway Chrysler for the service and letting me take pictures... Now we're off to No Problem Raceway for the Turkey Drags on Friday, Nov. 28th.... ------------------
