Watch for Prowlers on Halloween as the Chrysler Group begins production on October 23 of the first 100 orange-colored Prowlers. The manufacturer's suggested retail price for an orange Prowler is $45,000. Orange Prowler trailers will be available through Mopar, the Chrysler Group's original equipment parts division, at a suggested retail price of $5,075. Prowler will be branded as a Chrysler, beginning in January 2001, since the Plymouth brand will be discontinued after 2001 model year. |

Go to Prowlin Friends scrapbook on the main menu and then click the first picture. There are several pictures of it. It looks better in person and in daylight, rather than a picture under lights. |

Just JP........the orange is very different and a lot of people love it, but it wouldn't be my choice of color. Just not an orange car person. But that's why there is a choice of colors........not everyone likes the same thing......! |

Here's link to the DC media page. this picture is a pretty close match to the Prowler orange (copper) compared to seeing it in person. http://us.media.daimlerchrysler.com/index_e.htm |

I would not say that I am a fan of orange. However, after seeing this in person, I think the color is great. It is definitely more copper than orange. I think the official name is Prowler Burnt Sparkle Orange - should have been Copper. Pictures do not do it justice although I have some below. Check them out. Mike, is it time to add a orange smilie?
