What type of thermostat comes in the stock Kat? 195 degrees? Has anyone tried a 160 degree thermostat to control the heat on the Supercharged Kats? (This is usually suggested even if you just do an EPROM upgrade.) ------------------ |

Bryan I was told by several DC people not to try to change the thermostat to a different degree type. They were very adamant about this as it causes the computer to adjust to the temps in the cars engine. I'm sure there is a more technical explanation but I don't have it now. Dan P and I have been working on a project with a new 4 row radiator. Dan's site has the info so far if interested. Also, the thermostat is already open, or should be when the cars are put to the heat.
