No, My car will not go into the 11's at TSW. It will sometime this year or I will shave my head. That is the deal, PERIOD. I have a guy out here that will make a separate fuel tank with a internal pump that will be removable from the trunk so we can enjoy out Cats with the trunk space offered. So Mike I very much appreciate the offer and the help. But I am not going to rush into anything, anymore. R&D(research and development) can not be rushed, I do not want to blow this deal up. I can sorta kinda sit back and relax and concentrate on making this Event fun and enjoyable for all. Thank You all for your understanding but the Car will not be done with the N02. Again I would like to thank the BOYS(men) at Paxton for having My Kat done on the date that they promised. Let the good times roll. ------------------ This message has been edited by Gary C on 03-02-2001 at 01:22 PM |

Gary, Now that's the way! Enjoy the meet and all of the great people. Go as fast as you can and have a ball. Then when you get back and rested, have at it! I'd love to see you in the 11's...11.99 sounds really good. The big question is not can you go 11.99, it's who will get a documented one first! It was really good to hear that Paxton agreed to help out and finish the job. Atta boy David! |

Gary, Remember its a right turn to Texas. I'm not sure Texas is far enough away, at least until your luck changes. And please, make sure you avoid all gambling stops, unless you just want to slow down out front to throw your money out the window. What was it that you did that was soo bad? Was it in a past life? They either need to let you go first or last at Texas. Anything in the middle is sure to slow things down. |

No one could be happier than me that Gary decided to take his time. He called on the way to our shop with the Prowler on the trailer. Basically, he wanted us to make the Prowler go 11s in a week. For two hours I got all worked up and was trying to figure out how to make it happen. Then I calmed down and thought of every situation that we have tried to rush a combination. It does not work. You need to move one step at a time. I am glad that Gary is calm as well. You know-the first mid to low 12 second Prowler would be a big accomplishment as well. Let's not forget to celebrate that milestone first. ------------------ |
