Besides being the Best looking color , looks like Purple will be the winner..All Plymouths too. This should get some of you non-purples crying. |

Because it was the First color made..Collectors look for this..They are making more Yellows this year.. It will likely end up being the color with the least amount of cars.. And I am trying to stir thepot alittle .. |

Woodwards will be more valuable than purples based solely on restricted production and that each car is hand numbered. I think there are 148?, after casualties, Woodwards left excluding the 2 showcars which are in poor shape. I hope your purple is worth millions someday. Don't hold your breath if you think a Prowler will be a like '70 hemi, LS6, W30 convertible or '67 Shelby convertible as far as making $ eons in the future when your great grandkids will be driving your car to highschool after you retire in Antiqua. They'll probably go retro. Put in an 8 track with manual power booster, a Virgo decal in the rear window, curb feelers, and traction bars. "3.5 Liter" hockey sticks too. ------------------ |

I have a question for the experts on the "value" of any Kat. If they made 12000 kats total. What would that be close to, I know that more cars are made now, so would that be like the numbers for some of the cars that are considered rare from the old days. I mean are the ratios the same? I know many of you seem to think that the Kat is a car that will not have any real appreciable value in the future. I disagree, but that being said, does anyone one know what the numbers say? ------------------ |

SnoCat, Supply is only one half of the equation. DEMAND is the other. If there is no demand it makes no difference how few there are available. If they make a pink/lime green/brown combo and only make one of them, do you think it will be extremely valuable? I like purple and think it is definitely one of the ten best colors made so far. |
