... WOODWARD !!!" Hey everyone - just dropping a quick line to say I made it home to Maine OK, and w/o any problems (except my dash now squeaks after the long ride). 1933 miles added to the Kat since Wednesday morning. Kitty had its 14th & 15th birthdays this past week, and is only 40 or so shy of its 16th. After our last "escorted" romp around Pontiac last night, with all the crowd pleasing that took place - if I had any flat spots on my back tires - they sure aren't there anymore. I wish there would have been enough room to hit 2nd gear. Maybe I should check my inner fenders for rubber. Like those that have posted before me, since it took me about 15 hours to get home -- A very BIG thank you to Carol, CJ & Bob, and all the others that made this past weekend a great success. Just like last year, I'm sure to be (grinning) from ear to ear for weeks to come. ------------------ |

Ditto on the thanks to all who help setup the event. Great hotel, location, car wash setup, Pike St Rest, cruzin, and best of all, enjoyed meeting some of the great people which participate in this site. Rkstr |

Hi Folks Made it home in the rain, sure never thought I would spend so much time in my "Kat" with the roof up and the wipers going. Thanks to all for a great time and to Bob and C.J. for their help in making it a trip to remember. It is true what they say; "you meet the nice's people in a Kat" Thanks again ------------------ |

Hey SPCL-T - It was nice meeting you in Detroit. Hearing about your long drive - Rebecca and I didn't feel so bad only having to travel 6 1/2 hours. Of course following Ed Monahan back as far as Cincinnati we could barely keep up!! He must have a radar jammer. Twice he cruised past Ohio Highway Patrol at speeds that let's just say were quick!! At least it cut some time off our return trip. Happy Prowling Marty ------------------ |
