I've seen pics of the Deep Candy Red Prowler but I was wondering if any list members ahd one and had some pictures I could see? Also is it a 2002 exclusive color? Thanks Adam |

Adam.....I took these pictures.....the car belongs to DC. They have only painted two of them and they are for the auto shows. They have not begun to paint the Candy Red Prowlers as yet. The Candy Red has not been used before on the Prowler, so yes, this will be the first time. Keep in mind that the day I took these, the car was not totally clean and not totally in the sunlight! |

That's a beautiful color on the Prowler. I usually don't like red cars but the Prowler can make any color look good. I think I'm sold. If I can get one when the time comes. Hopefully soon. I still wish they made the purple prowlers. =( Still my favorite color. |

Adam, they don't build Purple anymore, but there are still some new, non-registered purple ones out there yet. See this thread: http://www.prowleronline.com/ubb/Forum1/HTML/004457.html |

Hey CJ, in your opinion how did the Candy Red look on the car? It's hard to tell from pics sometimes. The pics I saw on Chryslers site looked great. These look good but kinda...dull I guess is the word. I mean not sparkly, shiny like the Purple. |

Adam....I have yet to see it clean and in the sunlight. I did see two of them being done for shows at the plant. The following link is from a previous post. I have the color master paint sample so I tried to photograph it. It is impossible for an amateur to pick up the exact color, but here is what it looks like......sort of. http://www.prowleronline.com/ubb/Forum1/HTML/004221.html It is actually a deeper red color. I wasn't sure when I first saw it that I liked it, but the more I looked the more I liked!! It's like all the rest of the colors. Some people are going to love it and some aren't. |
